Winter Rates available upon request. Winter deposits may include a $100.00
non-refundable cleaning fee + $100.00 damage deposit (refundable if no damage)
We reserve the right to impose a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $100.00 damage deposit (refundable if no damage) to non-winter reservations as well.
All rental rates based on 6 or fewer guests for Serenity Shores and 4 or fewer guests for Pine Valley
Additional guest fee: Age 11 through Adult: $15 / day; $90 / week: Age 10 and under $10 / day; $60 / week
All rentals subject to MN sales tax.
To reach Serenity Shores and Pine Valley guests must use Riverside Resort's main driveway entrance. Please register at resort office before proceeding to vacation home.
DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICIES:
All reservations require an advance deposit.
Deposit will be reapplied to a future reservation (within a one-year time frame) to the same guest, for cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date.
Deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made 8 weeks or less prior to scheduled arrival date.
We will make our best effort to re-rent cancelled cottages, however, if we are unable to do so, guests will be held responsible for full payment on confirmed reservation period.
