2010 Serenity Shores Rental Rates
Visa, MasterCard, Discover accepted. Winter Rates available upon request. Winter deposits may include a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee + $100.00 damage deposit (refundable if no damage) We reserve the right to impose a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $100.00 damage deposit (refundable if no damage) to non-winter reservations as well. All rentals based on 6 or fewer guests. Additional guest fee: $10.00 per day age 11 through adult. $7.00 per day age 10 and under. All rentals subject to MN sales tax. To reach Serenity Shores guests must use Riverside Resort's main driveway entrance. Please register at resort office before proceeding to vacation home. DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICIES:All reservations require an advance deposit. Deposit will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher, less a $100.00 administration fee, for cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. Deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made 8 weeks or less prior to scheduled arrival date. We will make our best effort to re-rent Serenity Shores, however, if we are unable to do so, please understand you will be held responsible for full payment on your confirmed reservation period. |
